Steel structures and industrial equipment

We make steel structures up to 3 tons in weight such as:

• supporting structures of different uses,
• steel containers, baskets, tubs and tanks,
• ventilating ducts, ventilation hoods etc.

Thanks to such welding methods as MMA, MIG/MAG, TIG or gas welding we are able to weld effectively constructional steel and acid resistant steel as well as aluminium and copper.

Using a CNC gas and plasma cutting machine, we cut sheet metal in format maximum 2000 x 3000 mm of the following thickness:

• up to 30 mm with plasma cutting,
• up to 100 mm with gas cutting.

We offer plastic working of steel and non-ferrous metals in the following range:

• cutting and bending (guillotine shears, benders) sheets up to 6 mm thick, 2000 mm wide,
• winding (mechanical rolling mill) sheets up to 3 mm thick, 2000 mm wide,
• stamping and punching (eccentric press and hydraulic press up to 50 tons).

Our service is provided with the use of our materials or those entrusted to us by our customers.

Among the specialist facilities and production devices we make to order you can find the following:

• assembly tables and specialist production stands,
• band conveyors and roll conveyors (light and heavy ones) for industries,
• platforms and landings for machines and processing lines,

They can be made on the basis of design drawn up by our technology office or one supplied by our customer.

We specialise in maintenance and repairs of industrial machinery and electric machines. We provide service in the range of damage repairs, running maintenance and surveys of the following:

• general purpose industrial machinery and facilities,
• electric motors, transformers and industrial heating units,
• cranes, overhead cranes and hoists.

We refurbish and manufacture spare parts in our own machine shop, enabling our team to carry out successive stages of a repair.
